To transfer your shares to your brokerage account, please follow the steps below:
- Confirm you have an active account with Odyssey Trust Company. Account setup instructions were sent by email on November 20, 2025.
- An Odyssey Trust Company account is required to transfer shares to a brokerage account.
- If you can’t retrieve the email from Odyssey Trust Company, email Odyssey Trust Company with your shareholder name and email address.
- Review Odyssey Trust Company’s share transfer instructions and FAQs on the Odyssey website FAQ.
- Contact your brokerage firm and request a transfer from Odyssey Trust Company. Your broker must facilitate the transfer on your behalf.
- If you have questions or need assistance, contact Odyssey Trust Company directly using the information below.
If you invested in the 2023 DealMaker campaign, you have now received your SPV shares in your Odyssey account, if you have one, or you have received an onboarding email from Odyssey on January 27, 2026, to register and create your Odyssey account. If you used a slightly different investor name in 2023 compared to other investments, Odyssey should have created a second account for you, and you would have received the onboarding email. Odyssey can merge your accounts upon request.
